To win a national series race & podium at national level. To gain more experience in racing on the track and on the road in the continent.

I’m really looking forward to my 2019 season with Team Jadan Weldtite. Dream is to race for a professional women’s cycle team and be able to make it my career.

My short-term goal for the 2019 season would be to obtain a top 20 result at National Women’s Level.

I would love to join a World Tour Team for a few years, I am looking forward to a great year with Team Jadan Weldtite racing in the UK and on the continent. This year I would love to get a top 10 at the National Road Race Championships and get a win or two throughout the year.

This year I aim to ride more of the Womens National Series races as last year many of the dates clashed with the Junior National Series or were during exam season. As a first year U23 I hope to gain more experience and continue to enjoy riding and racing!

This season I aim to get podiums in the Junior National Road Series and get stuck into the Women’s National Series and races abroad. As a u23 I would like to move abroad and race for a continental team.
Mary Wilkinson

Aspirations/Goals
Continue to learn and gain confidence across the disciplines. Challenge in the National Series Races, experience racing internationally and improve on my performance at the Ras na mban. An ultimate goal is to ride the Tour de Yorkshire.

I’m looking forward to being in a British team, having spent the last 3 years in a French team. My goal is to improve my technical ability and achieve at the highest level the results I know I am capable of with the help of professional guidance. My ultimate goal is to become a professional cyclist.
Amber Joseph
BC Elite: 1st year Senior
Aspirations/Goals
Entering Senior UCI competitions this year I have managed to make it up to top-15 in the UCI Scratch race ranking, top 40 in UCI Omnium and points Race rankings. That was good enough for me to get rides in the UCI Track World Cups this year. On the road I have much less experience in national or international comps, I’m super keen to build up my experience as part of Team Jadan Weldtite.
